By purchasing the Aalesund Pass, you agree to the following terms. The pass grants exclusive discounts on selected shops, experiences, hotels, museums and restaurants. It is valid for one individual only and may be used once per location.
Your Aalesund Pass becomes active on your chosen date of purchase. You will receive an email with the receipt and your pass. Simply present the receipt on your phone to the service provider when paying.
You will also receive unique codes with the receipt that you can use to book experiences that require online booking. Brosundet hotel has a unique booking link that you will receive in your e-mail if you wish to book hotel. Simply enter the unique code when checking out for payment on the service provider’s booking page. When arriving for your experience, you must also present your receipt.
Once purchased, the pass remains valid for 14 consecutive days if you have the extended pass, and 24 hours with the day pass. The pass cannot be paused.
If you for some reason did not receive your e-mail with link, please check your spam folder.
The Aalesund Pass cannot be refunded once it is purchased.
All providers within the Aalesund Pass will have their opening hours listed on our site and on their own webpages. We strive to keep opening hours and other relevant availability information updated at all times. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the places or providers you want to visit are open. If any of the providers are closed upon your visit, or bad weather or other natural circumstances occur that prevent the use of the pass, no compensation will be provided.
When using the Aalesund Pass, please be aware that each provider operates independently. We are not liable for any closures, access limitations, safety-related issues, or problems that may arise during your visit. Any loss, injury, or inconvenience experienced is the responsibility of the individual venue or service provider. Aalesund Pass cannot be held responsible for disruptions in service caused by external factors such as strikes, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
